My suggestion to him was, just go to ads manager and start running your own ad it will be run in this budget and you can reach more people then boosting, even at this budget he can target the tricity.

I generally don’t argue with people in India, but for my surprise he was spending more than 5k per month and even the boosting doesn’t remain for whole month.

First check your competitor’s profile. Optimize your profile just similar to it. Try to find something which is missing in their profile and put it in your profile.
